Hi lovelies it’s been a hot minute since I have posted anything here. I obviously have been keeping you all updated on my social media channels but I haven’t been able to bring myself to post anything on here until now.
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year and that everyone is doing amazing.
Things have been a little bit rough for me lately. As some of you already know my little cat Sophie died very tragically at the end of November and she had been with me for just over 11 years. Then just at the start of the year I took my dogs for their annual booster and check up and the vet discovered a large mass on one of them, my poor little Snuggles was booked in for a scan to see what was the cause of this and they had to open him up and discovered a very large tumour on his kidney which was inoperable.
The vet had no alternative than to close him up and send him home to me for his final weeks. Snuggles was a brave little solider and made it until last Sunday when his little body just gave up and couldn’t cope anymore with the tumour that was growing by the day and squashing all his insides.
I woke at 4.30am with the strangest feeling and went downstairs to him all glazy eyed and barely able to move and knew that the time had come for him to leave me. I sat with him holding him and stroking him until he took his final breath at 6.24. He was with me for 13 1/2 years and was the most amazing little dog. I miss him terribly and am still coming to terms that two of my little fur babies have gone in as many months.
I will forever treasure our memories that we had together and all I can do is throw myself into work and carry on. Ella Sofia and Cameron have took it hard as well. Cameron doesn’t understand where they have gone and keeps asking for them.
Thank you to everyone who sent me such lovely messages of condolences and support it has really meant the world to me and you are all the best followers anyone could ask for.
Much love Sharonn xx
